All services at UVA Management Consultants are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use.

The Terms are to be read and understood by you together with any terms, conditions or disclaimers provided in the pages of the website. In the event of any conflict, the clause stated in the Agreement terms and conditions inked between the client and the company will govern. The service charges paid is for availing professional expertise for Immigration process. The Company will assist and inform the applicant about the processing time, Govt fees involved, other charges, if any, involved and the procedures for filing the requisition. The company will provide case officer for the assistance in the documentation.

The candidate understands that the amount paid is service charges for the documentation and assisting you in the process and is either non- refundable or refundable as per the clause of the agreement. Once an invoice is generated all decisions of Refund will be bound by Agreement terms and conditions inked between client and the company.

The Terms and Conditions expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between the candidate and the company in relation to the subject matter of the Terms and succeed any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between the client and the company, whether oral or in writing. Both the client and the company acknowledge that, in entering into these Terms, neither you nor we have relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written between you and us prior to such Terms, except as expressly stated in the Agreement.

We, at UVA do not encourage anyone to send any personal or financial information to us via any unprotected E-mail or sites.

The Candidate agree to use our website for valid purposes and not for any unauthorized purpose, including without limitation, in violation of any intellectual property or privacy law. You agree to provide us with accurate personal information, such as your email address, mailing address and other contact details in order to contact you for providing services. You authorize us to collect and use this information to contact you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The candidate agrees to defend and indemnify us, and hold us and our officers, agents, employees, seniors and any affiliates harmless, from and against any loss, cost, or damage of any kind (including reasonable outside third parties’ fees) to the extent arising out of its breach of this Agreement, and/or its negligence or willful misconduct." including but not limited to, any third-party claim that any information or materials provided by you infringe upon any third-party proprietary rights.

The information, material and content provided in the pages of the website may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to the Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree to review the Terms & Conditions regularly and your continued access or use of the website will mean that you agree to any changes/modifications.
